b,c의 명확한 차이를 잘 모르겠습니다.

눈치로는 정답은 b인데 말이죠.. ;;;

had pp도 과거를 나타낼 수 있는데

has pp와의 차이를 알려주세요.

그리고 그냥 과거형태를 적으면 안되나요? 왜, 과거 완료의 형태로 오게 되나요??
