Have you ever experienced the situation like ? What did you do about it?

I have this kind of experience when I was shopping for my girlfriend’s birthday present last year. I was going to buy her a necklace that she had told me she liked. So, I went to the closest department store to buy it. The staff member told me it was out of stock because of its’ popularity. So, I had to go to another department store to find the exact same one that my girl friend liked. Even after looking around a couple more of stores, I couldn’t find it. So I gave up and came back home. I started to look for it online. I eventually found it in one of the famous online shopping malls and ordered it. However, my girl friend’s birthday was in three days. The website said they didn’t guarantee how long it would take until I got it. Being worried that I was going to ruin her birthday, I decided to visit their office directly. I ended up getting the necklace and giving it to her. No wonder she was very happy about it.
